Client Cancellation Policy:Except in cases of bad weather, all cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel with 12 hours notice will be charged for the canceled session. If the weather looks questionable, I will accept cancellations up to the last minute if we are meeting outside. I understands that emergencies happen. I provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 12 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. The free short-notice cancellation only applies if I am notified prior to the session start time. No-shows are not eligible for the free cancellation. If you need to cancel a session, please call: (508) 380-5387. Instructor Cancellation Policy:If I am late or do not show up for a session without giving you 12 hours notice, you will not be changed for the session, and your next session will be free. However, I do reserve the right to cancel a session at the last minute because of the weather.Payment Policies:I expect to be paid for my services in a timely manner. In the case of non-payment, I will NOT badger you for payment, or turn the matter over to a collection agency. However, I will discontinue working with you until the matter is resolved.If for some reason you anticipate having a problem paying me for my services, and you discuss it with me immediately, it may possible to workout an alternative payment schedule.
