What is Pose Running?
The Pose Method® is a method of teaching efficient and effective movement as a series of poses that are stable against gravity. The Pose Method was developed by Dr. Nicholas Romanov. Pose Running Technique is the application of The Pose Method® to running.
The The Pose Method® theories and concepts are based on harnessing gravity through proper movement.
Human movement is an infinite number of positions in space and time. Most of these are transitional movements between specific poses which are stable against gravity.
In running, there is only one pose.

Why Should I Get Coached on Pose Running Technique?
Running is a skill:
Like any other skill, technique can make a significant difference in an athlete's performance. A coach who understands the skill can help runners, of all ability levels, to achieve their potential. Most people will see a significant increase in running speed by adopting Pose Running Technique.
Injury prevention:
A common misconception is that there is no need to learn how to run. However, the extraordinarily high injury rate among runners indicates that this is not true. Depending on the source of information, between 50 and 80 percent of runners are injured every year. Most people will reduce or eliminate injuries related to running by using Pose Running Technique.
